I'm a former NY street kid who has mellowed somewhat with age. I am romantic, loving, protective, affectionate, funny and communicative. I consider myself intelligent, however I let the street smarts acquired in my youth guide me. I appreciate a great play or enjoy just browsing the antique shops upon occasion. In my youth you were more likely to find me hanging out in a dingy poolroom, hustling the colorful clientele, rather than be present at a school function. I have, over the years acquired the taste for the finer things in life, such as exotic food, the sweet bouquet of a fine wine, the warmth and majesty of a beautiful sunrise, the smell of the mountains on a crisp morning and the happiness that a truly splendid intimate relationship can provide when everything is working just right. I love to be spontaneous and just take off, whether it be to get to that sunrise or drive to the high desert with a lunch basket and a bottle of wine. Great with romantic walks and sunsets and I'm not one of those guys that has trouble with affection in either direction. As most of us, I have experienced the ups and downs of relationships and have learned to take responsibility for my shortcomings, which I admit have been more than a few. I love music, and yes I do like to dance. I love old romantic flicks, and if you catch me with a tear present under my eye, I'll say it must be caused by allergies. I have 3 great kids and I'm a grandfather of 2. OK, good luck to the woman who decides to take me on and I'm hoping its good luck for me as well.
